My journey as a coach started right after surviving cancer in 2016, at the age of 21. A painful experience, both on the physical and psychological level, characterized by a near-death experience, shifted my way of thinking, and pushed me to reconsider my priorities in life and what I value most.

Going for a career in law meant nothing anymore to me. I was more drawn to make an impact in people’s lives on a much deeper level.

In late 2016, I took a pivotal step in transforming my journey with cancer into a meaningful mission by establishing an NGO, Crush Kancer with a Smile. This organization - running strong today - is dedicated to offering psychological and emotional support to cancer patients, helping others navigate their own paths with resilience and hope.

The setup includes multiple copies of the book, a large poster of the cover, a box of assorted cookies, and a bouquet of red and white flowers. In 2017, I had the privilege of publishing my inspirational book, I Am a Living Legend, which chronicles my personal battle with cancer. This work resonated deeply, becoming a best-seller in Lebanon that year. The book's success marked the beginning of a journey that led me to national television, where I openly shared my experience with cancer and offered motivational insights. Many TV networks welcomed my message of resilience and vitality.

As a public and motivational speaker, I delivered more than 65 empowering talks to youth across Lebanon, inspiring hope and strength in diverse communities. By the end of the year, I expanded my efforts to support underserved groups by collaborating with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). In this role, I provided coaching and mentorship to incarcerated youth, helping them rediscover their potential and chart a brighter future.

In 2018, I broadened my reach, delivering empowering talks to youth at some of Lebanon’s largest universities, schools and NGOs. This journey also extended to corporate settings, where I inspired professionals with motivational sessions.

Meanwhile, Crush Kancer, my charity initiative, was thriving. As part of its growth, I encouraged the young audiences I addressed to visit cancer patients, fostering a meaningful connection and guiding the next generation to experience the profound beauty of humanity firsthand. By the end of the year, our collective efforts had provided emotional and social support to more than 350 cancer patients in Beirut, creating a ripple of hope and compassion throughout the community.

In 2019, I entered a pivotal phase of my journey, combining the lessons learned from my battle with cancer with my coaching expertise. I began offering free coaching to cancer patients facing mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression, aiming to provide them with emotional resilience and support.

My collaboration with the United Nations as a freelance coaching consultant also expanded, allowing me to deepen my work with young prisoners. As trust grew, I was able to deliver impactful, transformative programs that encouraged personal growth and rehabilitation.

Throughout the year, I remained committed to inspiring others, delivering empowering talks across the country. Meanwhile, Crush Kancer continued to grow, extending its reach by providing weekly emotional support to patients in two hospitals in southern Lebanon. These milestones reflect my unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in both individual lives and the broader community.

By this year, I had delivered a milestone of 250 empowerment talks in Lebanon, reaching people of all ages and professions.

In addition to my ongoing work as a coach with cancer patients, I was honored to deliver my third talk at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC), addressing the essential bond between patients and their doctors—a subject at the heart of effective and compassionate care.

This year marked a significant step in my professional development as I embarked on formalizing my coaching practice by enrolling in the Robbins-Madanes Training program, founded by renowned coach Tony Robbins. Immersing myself in advanced skills, techniques, models, and deep psychological principles equipped me with the tools to elevate my mindset and refine my coaching niche.

To complement this growth, I adopted a daily meditation practice, enhancing my consciousness and self-awareness.

Plus, in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, I partnered with prominent NGOs such as the Rotary Club in Lebanon and collaborated with schools to deliver uplifting talks via Zoom. These sessions were designed to spread positivity and hope during an unprecedented time, ensuring that impactful messages reached diverse audiences despite the constraints of the pandemic.

At the end of 2021, I had the chance to start coaching adult prisoners through UNODC.

In 2023, I took a significant step forward in scaling my business by moving to London, bringing me closer to my dream of becoming an international coach. My goal was to expand into a broader, global market. During this time, I also started my master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

This year was transformative—I deepened my expertise in positive psychology and significantly enhanced my coaching skills.

Additionally, I began delivering monthly coaching tips, either live in person or via Zoom, on one of Lebanon's national TV channels. This opportunity allowed me to reach a wider audience and share practical strategies to inspire growth and positive change.

This year also marked a major milestone: I held my first personal workshop, Master your own Mind, which was attended by 30 participants and aimed to inspire personal growth and transformation.

Additionally, we partnered with an influencer to raise $4,000 for cancer patients, combining efforts to make a meaningful impact and support a vital cause.
